It's been a while since I've had a chance to update the site. Observing time has been practically nonexistent because of a couple of things. School just started up again and with 12 credits and working 30 hours a week, there isn't much time left over. Also, the weather here in Minnesota has been horrible as far as astronomy is concerned. It's been cloudy for a very long time.

On the plus side, it was a great Christmas. My wonderful wife got me everything I asked for! I now own a laser collimator as well as a 4.8mm Televue Nagler and 2.5mm Vixen  Lanthanum eyepieces. You can see them on the equipment page. She also gave me a great rollup table that will be perfect to use.

I hope to get out and test the new eyepieces soon. Having the laser collimator will be great since it will really help with collimating the scope. A well collimated scope provides much better images than a poorly collimated scope like I am used to.
